Biomanufacturing Center of Excellence

The Biomanufacturing Excellence Act of 2025 (S.3188 and H.6089) directs the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to establish a National Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Center of Excellence (COE).
